What payment methods are available?

Currently we accept Zelle, Cashapp, Bank Login, eCheck, and cryptocurrency.
Venmo and Apple Pay are available for return customers.

Why aren't credit cards, Paypal, or other standard payment method accepted?

Unfortunately, merchant processors (Paypal, Stripe, Square, etc.) consider our products “high risk”, so we cannot accept them as payment without having our account and funds eventually frozen. It is not by choice that we cannot offer more conventional payment methods, and it is not in our best interest to have these limited options as it greatly affects our sales!

What countries do you ship to?

We are currently only shipping to the US.

I don't know how to use a product, can you help?

These products are for qualified researchers only. Any implication of improper use as described in our Terms of Use of the products sold on this website will result in the blacklisting of future purchases.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Products usually ship within 24 hours, but during times of high order volume it may take up to 48 hours to ship. Shipping times across the US vary between 2-5 days depending on location.

Is overnight shipping available?

Overnight shipping is not currently available.

Do packages require signature?

Packages do not require signature upon receiving.

ORDERS

My order status is 'On Hold', what should I do?

This is normal. Once we verify payment has been received, your order status will change to ‘Processing’.
Order status change may take some time to reflect on your order after payment.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you may be in time to modify or cancel your order. Please send us an email as soon as possible to [email protected], and include your order number so we can assist you.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Currently, we are not accepting returns or exchanges due to the nature of these items.

QUALITY CONTROL

How do you verify your products?

Every peptide batch we receive gets sent to an independent third party testing lab to be analyzed and tested for identity of the peptides, purity, and concentration.
All peptides are labeled with their corresponding batch number.

How can I check lab reports are genuine?

If you’d like to verify the authenticity of a lab report, contact us for instructions to do so.
