Shipping & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options across the USA:

• USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping option, which can range from 1-4 day delivery depending on your location.
• Free shipping for order over $150 use USPS Priority mail.
• UPS 2 Day Air is available
• Temperature controlled ice pack add-on includes a large frozen ice pack with thermal bubble packaging to mediate temperature exposure

Same day shipping applies for all orders received and paid for before 12:00PM EST on weekdays; these are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 12:00PM EST will be processed and shipped next day. During days of high order volume, your order may take up to 48 hours to ship.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (and sometimes Saturdays!).

Reship of delayed or lost packages are considered on a per case basis.

Refunds & Exchanges

Requests for returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide a shipping label free of cost to return/exchange the item.
A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the product, typically within 5-7 business days.
