1. Acceptance of Terms and Definitions

These Terms of Use govern all users of www.Verifiedpeptides.com. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and our services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). You must agree to these Terms before making any purchase.

In these Terms:

“Verified Peptides,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Verified Peptides and the operator of www.Verifiedpeptides.com.
“You” and “customer” mean any person or entity that accesses the Site, registers an Account, or places an Order.
“Account” means any registered customer account on the Site.
“Order” means any order placed through the Site or through an Account.
“Products” means all products offered or sold by Verified Peptides.

2. Changes to These Terms

Verified Peptides may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on the Site with a new Effective Date and may notify registered customers by email or by notice on the Site. Unless stated otherwise, changes take effect on the posted Effective Date.

Changes apply to all Accounts, including Accounts registered before the change. Your continued use of the Site or Services, or your placement of any Order, after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We may require you to re-accept the Terms before logging in or placing an Order. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site and Services.

Changes will not apply to any Order that has already shipped before the Effective Date of the change.

3. Eligibility and Research Use Only

ALL ARTICLES AND PRODUCT INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS SITE ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE PRODUCTS OFFERED ON THIS SITE ARE NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION OF ANY KIND.

Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older to use this Site, register an Account, or place an Order.
Research Use Only: All Products are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. They are expressly forbidden for any form of human or animal use, ingestion, or administration.

Assumption of Risks: Customers must fully recognize and accept the inherent risks associated with the handling, storage, and distribution of these research materials. Verified Peptides shall not be held liable for any unintended consequences arising from the handling or use of the Products.
Inappropriate Applications: The Products are not suitable for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or any other application beyond the scope of in-vitro laboratory research.
Handling by Qualified Professionals: All Products must be handled exclusively by qualified and properly trained research or laboratory professionals.
Finality of Sales: Due to the specialized nature of the Products, and except for Orders cancelled and refunded by Verified Peptides before shipment under Section 11, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers confirm and guarantee their full awareness and understanding of: (a) the intended use of the Products, specifically for in-vitro research purposes; (b) compliance with government regulations in their jurisdiction regarding the use of and exposure to the Products; (c) the health and safety hazards associated with handling the Products; and (d) the obligation to adequately warn others about the health and safety hazards related to the Products.
Sales Restriction: Verified Peptides reserves the right to restrict or deny the sale of Products to any individual or entity it considers unqualified.

4. Use of Information

This Site offers informative content, but it is not a replacement for advice from your own professional advisors. Information on this Site is expressly NOT intended for the diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition or disease. The information and Products on this Site are designated strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only.

The Products are neither medicines nor drugs. They have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the prevention, treatment, diagnosis, mitigation, or cure of any disease, ailment, or medical condition.

Verified Peptides may correct any inaccuracies or typographical errors on the Site and assumes no liability for such errors. Information, prices, and availability may change without notice. We strive to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee that all information on the Site is error-free or up to date.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, last updated October 03, 2026, explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information. By using the Site or Services, you agree to the Privacy Policy. In summary:

Information we collect: your name, contact details, billing and shipping information, Account and Order history, and communications with us. Where needed for an audit or Order review under Sections 10 and 11, we may also collect verification information, such as proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of institutional or business affiliation.
Technical information: browser type, device, IP address, and cookies, used to operate and improve the Site. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
How we use it: to process and ship Orders, provide customer support, verify eligibility, conduct audits and Order reviews, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
How we share it: we do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site (such as payment processors, fraud-prevention services, and shipping carriers), and with government or law enforcement authorities when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to prevent fraud, protect safety, or enforce these Terms.
Retention: we keep verification information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.
Security: we use reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the contents of this Site and our social media channels belong exclusively to Verified Peptides. This includes products, product labeling, text, graphics, patents (if applicable), rights to inventions, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, domain names, design rights, software, database rights, and know-how, whether registered or unregistered, together with all applications, renewals, extensions, and similar rights. These rights are protected by applicable national and international law.

Any use of these materials is prohibited without the prior written consent of Verified Peptides.

7. Product Use

The Products are offered exclusively for laboratory IN-VITRO RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. They are NOT INTENDED for HUMAN or ANIMAL USE, or for CONSUMPTION in any form. Their use is strictly prohibited in food, drugs, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, in-vitro diagnostic purposes, or any commercial product intended for human or animal use. The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Verified Peptides has not sterilized the Products or tested them for safety or efficacy outside laboratory research.

By completing a purchase, the buyer represents and warrants that the Products will be tested, handled, stored, and used only for in-vitro laboratory research, in accordance with established industry practices, under the guidance of a qualified and experienced professional, and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, both current and future.

Verified Peptides disclaims all responsibility for the safety and efficacy of the Products outside the scope of laboratory in-vitro research. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for ensuring the Products are used in accordance with best practices, industry standards, and applicable law, including for any materials produced in association with the Products. Verified Peptides is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from a purchaser’s non-compliance with applicable regulations.

The customer acknowledges the potential hazards associated with the Products. Through independent review and study, the customer affirms and guarantees comprehensive knowledge of: the health and safety hazards of handling the Products; the industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect workers from those hazards; the obligation to adequately communicate warnings about those hazards; and the government regulations governing use of and exposure to the Products.

Verified Peptides may restrict or refuse the sale of Products to anyone who does not meet the qualifications it deems necessary, and may terminate or suspend any Account or Order as described in Sections 10, 11, and 16.

8. Prohibited Uses and Communications

You may not purchase, or attempt to purchase, any Product for human or animal use, ingestion, injection, or administration. You also may not use the Site, an Account, or any communication with Verified Peptides to discuss, request, or suggest such use.

This includes, without limitation, any reference to personal use, dosing, self-administration, injection, “stacking,” cycles, body-composition or performance goals, or therapeutic effects in any:

Order notes or checkout fields
Emails, contact form submissions, chats, or calls with customer service
Product reviews, comments, or testimonials submitted to the Site
Public posts or social media content that tags or references Verified Peptides

Verified Peptides does not provide, and will not respond to requests for, information about human or animal use, dosing, or administration of any Product.

Any communication of this kind is a material breach of these Terms. Verified Peptides may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, cancel any pending Order, refund it under Section 11, and suspend or permanently terminate the Account under Sections 10 and 16. Verified Peptides may also remove or decline to publish any review or other content that violates this Section.

9. Resale Restriction

You may not resell, distribute, repackage, relabel, or otherwise transfer any Product:

To consumers or members of the public
For human or animal use, ingestion, injection, or administration
As, or as an ingredient in, any food, drug, cosmetic, dietary supplement, or other product intended for human or animal use
Under any label, packaging, or marketing that states or implies human or animal use, dosing, or therapeutic benefit
To any person who you know, or have reason to believe, intends to use the Product for any of the above purposes or is under 21 years of age

Any permitted transfer of Products to another qualified research purchaser must keep all original Research Use Only labeling and warnings intact and must comply with all applicable laws. Any violation of this Section is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination of your Account under Section 16. You agree to indemnify Verified Peptides for any claims arising from your resale or transfer of Products, as provided in Section 15.

10. Right to Audit

10.1 Scope. All Accounts and all Orders are subject to review and audit by Verified Peptides at any time. This right applies equally to (a) Accounts registered before the effective date of this Section, and (b) Accounts registered on or after that date. By creating an Account, placing an Order, or continuing to use the Site or Services after this Section takes effect, you acknowledge and agree to this right to audit.

10.2 Retroactive Review. Verified Peptides may review the full history of any Account, including registration information, Orders, and communications that pre-date this Section, to confirm that the Account has been and continues to be used in compliance with these Terms, including Sections 3, 7, 8, and 9.

10.3 What May Be Reviewed. An audit may include, without limitation:

Registration details, including name, organization or institutional affiliation, email, phone number, billing address, and shipping address
Verification of age (21 or older) and of the customer’s qualification to purchase research materials
Order history, including products, quantities, frequency, order values, and shipping destinations
Payment information made available through our payment processors, including billing mismatches, chargebacks, or disputes
Communications with Verified Peptides, including customer service messages, reviews, and public statements or social media content referencing our Products
Any indication that Products are being purchased or used for human or animal consumption, resale in violation of Section 9, or any purpose outside in-vitro laboratory research
Use of multiple Accounts, shared payment methods, or shared shipping addresses linked to Accounts previously suspended or terminated

10.4 Customer Cooperation. During an audit, Verified Peptides may request additional information or documentation, such as proof of identity, proof of age, proof of institutional or business affiliation, or a description of the intended research use. You agree to provide accurate and complete information within the time requested. Failure to respond, or providing false or misleading information, is a violation of these Terms.

10.5 Outcomes of an Audit. Following any audit, or at any time, Verified Peptides may, at its sole discretion and with or without cause or prior notice:

Place an Account on hold, limit purchasing, or require additional verification before future Orders
Suspend, delay, or cancel any pending Order, as described in Section 11
Suspend or permanently terminate any Account that Verified Peptides deems to be in violation of these Terms, or that presents legal, regulatory, safety, or reputational risk
Refuse future registrations or Orders from the same individual, organization, payment method, or shipping address

10.6 Termination With or Without Cause. Without limiting Section 16 (Termination), Verified Peptides may terminate any Account at any time, with or without cause. Verified Peptides is not required to disclose the reasons for, or the results of, any audit or termination decision.

10.7 No Liability. Verified Peptides shall not be liable to you or any third party for any audit, Account hold, suspension, termination, or refusal of service carried out under this Section.

10.8 Privacy. Information reviewed or collected during an audit is handled in accordance with Section 5 and our Privacy Policy.

11. Right to Suspend, Delay, or Cancel Shipments

11.1 Order Review Before Shipment. Placing an Order and submitting payment does not guarantee that the Order will be accepted or shipped. Every Order is subject to review and acceptance by Verified Peptides. An Order is accepted only when it ships.

11.2 New Account Review. When a new Account is registered and an Order is placed, Verified Peptides may hold that Order and suspend or delay shipment while it reviews the Account details, including registration, billing, shipping, and payment information, under Section 10. The same applies to any existing Account that has been flagged for audit.

11.3 Grounds for a Hold. Without limitation, Verified Peptides may suspend or delay shipment where:

Registration, billing, or shipping information is incomplete, inconsistent, or cannot be verified
The Order is unusual in size, frequency, product mix, or destination
There are signs of payment fraud, a billing/shipping mismatch, or a chargeback risk
The Account appears linked to a previously suspended or terminated Account
There is any indication of intended human or animal use, prohibited communications under Section 8, or resale in violation of Section 9
Shipment to the destination may violate applicable law or carrier rules

11.4 Verification Requests. During a hold, Verified Peptides may ask you for additional information or documentation, as described in Section 10.4. Holds may last until the review is complete. If you do not provide the requested information within the time specified, Verified Peptides may cancel the Order.

11.5 Cancellation and Refund. Verified Peptides may, at its sole discretion and with or without cause, cancel any Order before shipment. If Verified Peptides cancels an Order before it ships, it will refund the amount paid for the cancelled Order to the original payment method. Verified Peptides is not responsible for the time it takes a bank or payment processor to post the refund.

11.6 Shipped Orders. The Finality of Sales terms in Section 3 continue to apply to Orders once shipped. Verified Peptides’ decision to cancel and refund a pending Order under this Section does not create any right to return or refund a shipped Order.

11.7 No Liability for Delay or Cancellation. Verified Peptides shall not be liable for any loss, cost, research delay, or damages resulting from a hold, delay, or cancellation under this Section. Its total liability for any cancelled Order is limited to refunding the amount paid for that Order, consistent with Section 14 (Limitation of Liability).

12. Pricing and Payment

Verified Peptides accepts the following payment methods, among others:

E-Check
Online wallets (where available)
U.S. debit and credit cards

All transactions are encrypted. Transaction security is the responsibility of the banking service provider or payment gateway, and Verified Peptides is not liable for it. Verified Peptides does not store credit card details. Payment processing follows the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) as implemented by our payment providers.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required before shipment. You agree to provide accurate financial information to our payment providers. Payment does not constitute acceptance of an Order; Orders are subject to review, hold, and cancellation under Section 11.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Verified Peptides provides the following disclaimer of warranties for all Products:

No Warranties: Verified Peptides expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no representations regarding the suitability or accuracy of information on the Site.
Research Use Only: The Products are intended solely for laboratory research. We do not warrant that they are suitable for any specific use. Users are responsible for determining their appropriateness for the intended research.
External Links: We do not endorse the content of any site accessed through links on the Site. Users access external links at their own risk (see Section 19).
No Sterilization Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Products have been sterilized or tested for safety in any application.
No Endorsement: We do not endorse or approve any use of the Products beyond laboratory research. Any representation suggesting otherwise is invalid unless expressly provided in writing by Verified Peptides.
No Medical or Therapeutic Claims: We make no claims about the medical or therapeutic properties of the Products. The Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, or therapeutic products.
Product Variability: We do not guarantee consistency of product characteristics such as color, appearance, or solubility, which may vary between batches.
No Warranty of Title: We do not warrant that the Products are free from third-party rights. Users are responsible for ensuring their use does not infringe the rights of others.
Compliance with Laws: Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Products complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the entire liability of Verified Peptides under any provision of these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Order giving rise to the claim. You agree that this limitation is an essential part of the bargain between the parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Verified Peptides or its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, agents, or assigns be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Site, the Products, or our social media channels, whether based in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. This includes any misunderstanding, misuse, or inability to use the Site or its content, any misuse or unauthorized use of the Products, and any reliance on information available on the Site or our social media channels.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verified Peptides and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, owners, and agents from all claims, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), losses, and liabilities arising from:

Your handling, possession, storage, or use of any Product, whether alone or in combination with any other substance
Any resale, distribution, or transfer of Products by you, including in violation of Section 9
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party

16. Termination

Verified Peptides may immediately terminate or suspend your Account or any Order, with or without cause and without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms, product misuse, unauthorized use, prohibited communications under Section 8, resale in violation of Section 9, the outcome of an audit under Section 10, or safety considerations. Pending Orders cancelled on termination are handled under Section 11.

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease immediately, and you may not register a new Account without our written consent. You may stop using the Services at any time by not placing further Orders. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 13 through 23 survive termination.

17. Force Majeure

Verified Peptides shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of nature, government restrictions, war, pandemics, strikes, carrier disruptions, power outages, and other unforeseen events. In such an event, Verified Peptides will make reasonable efforts to fulfill its obligations. The customer is responsible for arranging, and paying for, any alternative products.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1 Governing Law. These Terms, the Site, and any dispute between you and Verified Peptides are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You are also responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction where you are located.

18.2 Informal Resolution. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact Verified Peptides through the Contact page on the Site, describe the dispute, and allow 30 days to try to resolve it informally.

18.3 Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Products, or any Order that is not resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. The arbitration will take place in Florida, or by video conference if both parties agree. The arbitrator’s decision is final, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

18.4 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Verified Peptides may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property or to stop a breach of Sections 8 or 9.

18.5 Class Action Waiver. You and Verified Peptides agree that all claims will be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person.

18.6 Jury Trial Waiver. To the extent any dispute proceeds in court, you and Verified Peptides each waive the right to a trial by jury.

18.7 Venue. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

18.8 Time Limit. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that Verified Peptides does not own or control. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, their content, privacy policies, or practices. Verified Peptides is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Shipping and Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Verified Peptides concerning their subject matter and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, written or oral. Any additional or conflicting terms you provide are rejected. These Terms may be modified only (a) by Verified Peptides under Section 2, or (b) by a written agreement signed by both parties. No waiver of any provision is effective unless in writing, and our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. If the Class Action Waiver in Section 18.5 is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim must be brought in court under Section 18.7 and not in arbitration.

22. Headings

Section headings in these Terms and in the Privacy Policy are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.

23. Agreement to Terms

By registering an Account, placing an Order, or clicking “I agree,” you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms in full, including the Privacy Policy, the Shipping and Refunds Policy, the Prohibited Uses and Communications (Section 8), the Resale Restriction (Section 9), the Right to Audit (Section 10), the Right to Suspend, Delay, or Cancel Shipments (Section 11), and the Dispute Resolution terms (Section 18).

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site or make any purchase from us.
