Shipping & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options across the USA:

• UPS Ground is the free shipping option, which can range from 1-5 day delivery depending on your location.
• UPS 3 Day averages 1-3 day delivery, but isn’t guaranteed by UPS and can sometimes be 1-5 days.
• USPS and UPS expedited options are available upon request
• Styrofoam ice pack add-on includes a large frozen ice pack with a styrofoam walled packaging to mediate temperature variation

Same day shipping applies for all orders received and paid for before 1:00PM EST on weekdays; these are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 1:00PM EST will be processed and shipped next day. During days of high order volume, your order may take up to 48 hours to ship.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (and usually Saturdays!).

Orders returned to sender due to customer error will incur a $5 reshipment fee.

Reship of delayed or lost packages are considered on a per case basis.

Refunds & Exchanges

Requests for returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide a shipping label free of cost to return/exchange the item.
A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the product, typically within 5 business days.
